LINGO staking explained
The public information below explains the staking choices and reward balances. Wallet connection is only required to view personal holdings or submit a transaction.
Staking commits an amount of LINGO under the conditions selected in the app. While the stake is active, it can earn Power Miles and contribute to Lingo Score according to the current staking rules.
The app displays personal holdings and projected values only after it can read the connected wallet and account state.
A flexible stake and a fixed-duration stake have different withdrawal conditions and reward rates. Fixed options may include 3, 6, or 12 month periods when available.
Do not choose a duration based only on the projected reward. Confirm when the tokens can be withdrawn and whether any bonus has separate eligibility conditions.
Power Miles are used for eligible reward activities. Lingo Score represents participation and tier progress. Shards are a separate balance used for mystery boxes.
A staking option may affect these balances differently, so the transaction preview should be reviewed before approval.
Confirm the connected wallet, LINGO amount, duration, network, approval request, and estimated transaction cost. Blockchain transactions cannot be cancelled by the application after they are confirmed by the wallet.
Current balances, contract responses, and transaction status remain client-side because they are specific to the connected account.
