Provably fair raffles

Lingo raffles anchor the draw to the Base blockchain by committing a SHA-512 fingerprint of the entrant list before winners are selected.

Winner selection uses Chainlink VRF v2.5 randomness, weighted ticket odds, and a deterministic selection rule so anyone can understand how the result was produced.
